Rolegard high security shutter models

SR5-B Security

Combining the highest physical attack standard achieved in a security roller shutter with unrivalled ballistics and blast protection properties, Rolegard SR5-B has been tested against a wide range of professional attack methods including high end power tools. Designed for very high risk applications the Rolegard SR5-B security shutter features a reinforced double skin and heavy duty curtain profile with flat faced profiles. Ballistics rated to FB4 (FB3 as standard) and incorporating our unique Automatic Self Locking system (ASL) which significantly improves protocol and prevents lifting or jacking of the roller shutter in the closed position.

High Security-B

Designed and bulit in the UK to the exacting standards the Rolegard High Security B roller shutter provides high levels of tested physical protection to deter and repel external threats. Suitable for the protection of Critical National Infrastructure and facilities in high risk environments including Government Offices, Military Buildings, Poilce/ Custodial Services, Power Generation, Water and Power Supply, Major Transport Hubs.

SR4-DS-HD Security

Designed to target harden buildings with a very high security threat. Double-skin heavy duty curtain profile reinforced for maximum resistance. Suitable for military, government, critical national infrastructure, banking, manufacturing, high risk commercial premises and other applications. Featuring our unique Automatic Self Locking (ASL) technology for locking down properties without the need for secondary locks. Suitable for exposed locations that may face high wind pressures up to hurricane force and has the additional benefit of blast resistance. Optional tested stainless steel profiles.

SR4-SS-HD Security

Providing security for high risk applications. Special single-skin heavy duty profiles are used to create a ‘fully scaled’ roller shutter. Suitable for government, critical national infrastructure, banking, manufacturing, high risk commercial premises and other applications. Mechanical padlockable shoot bolts with optional upgrade to electronic locking bolts. Suitable for exposed locations that may face high wind pressures up to hurricane force. Optional tested stainless steel profiles.

RC4-INS Security

RC4 Security Shutter tested to European standard EN1627 providing high levels of physical protection combined with additional energy-saving thermal performance. Our RC4 shutter has successfully passed a stringent test programme designed to assess resistance to a wide range of professional attack methods including the use of powerful hand held tools such as drills, saws and grinders. RC4 Security Shutters have an additional provision for static and dynamic load protection up to 10kn of pressure to meet the requirements of EN1627.

RC4-HD Security

RC4 Security Roller Shutters are tested to European standard EN1627 providing very high levels of physical protection. RC4 shutters have passed a stringent test programme through the LPCB designed to assess resistance to a wide range of professional attack methods including the use of powerful hand held tools such as drills, saws and grinders. Additional provision has been made within RC4 for static and dynamic load protection up to 10kn of pressure to meet the requirements of EN1627. Suitable for exposed locations which may experience high wind loads. Optional blast performance is available for high risk environments – contact us for details.

SR3-INS Security

Providing security against experienced forced entry in high risk applications our SR3 insulated model also adds thermal and acoustic performance. Double skin, heavy duty flat faced profiles are used with an insulated core to reduce energy loss from buildings and help retain internal temperature. Acoustic performance helps to reduce noise levels in sensitive areas. Hurricane level wind protection ensures suitability for transport, critical national infrastructure and other exposed locations. The steel side guides and aluminium bottom profile of the security roller shutters incorporate twin brush seals and a rubber bottom weather seal.

SR3-SS Security

The Rolegard SR3 shutter provides security against experienced force entry in high risk applications such as utilities, transport, critical national infrastructure, manufacturing and commercial premises. The shutter construction is of a galvanised steel, single skin, heavy gauge concave profile with reinforced side guides and bottom profile. SR3 incorporates a direct drive motor or tubular motor for less intensive applications, standard safety features are incorporated and there is a choice of activation modules.

RC3-INS Security

RC3 Security Shutter tested to European standard EN1627 providing high levels of physical protection combined with additional energy-saving thermal performance. Our RC3 shutter has successfully passed a stringent test programme designed to assess resistance to a wide range of professional attack methods including the use of powerful hand held tools such as drills, saws and grinders. RC3 Security Shutters have an additional provision for static and dynamic load protection up to 10kn of pressure to meet the requirements of EN1627.

SR2-INS Security

Providing security for medium risk determined / opportunist attack our SR2 insulated model also comes with thermal and acoustic performance. The curtain construction consists of a steel foam-filled profile which is coated in Galfan, a zinc aluminium finish with high corrosion resistance. Both faces are formed with an attractive curved micro-ribbed appearance. The reinforced galvanised steel side guides and aluminium bottom profile incorporate twin brush seals and rubber bottom weather seal. Optional high speed operation – contact us for details.

SR2-SS Security

Providing security for medium risk determined opportunist attack, the Rolegard SR2 security shutter is constructed of a galvanised steel, single skin, heavy gauge with a concave curtain profile, reinforced side guides and bottom profile. A mechanical key operated cylinder lock is incorporated as standard. SR2 shutters can be installed to a wide range of existing facilities as well as new buildings without additional structural work. A wide range of surface finishes enables subtle integration into a variety of building facades.
